Who we are
Studio Sammii is a sole-trader creative brand operated by Samantha Hughes, based in the United Kingdom. We sell hand-lettered prints, greeting cards, homeware, and digital downloads at studiosammii.com. For queries: hello@sammii.dev.
Made to order
Every physical product sold on Studio Sammii is made to order - nothing is held in stock. When you place an order, it is sent to our print partner Gelato, who produces and ships your item directly to you. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before dispatch.
Because items are produced specifically for each order, they fall under the made-to-specification exemption in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Reg 28(b)). This means the standard 14-day cooling-off right to cancel does not apply to physical products.
Shipping & delivery
Orders are fulfilled by Gelato and shipped from their nearest print facility to you. Estimated delivery:
- UK: 5–10 business days from order
- EU: 7–14 business days from order
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days from order
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Studio Sammii is not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Returns & defective items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion

Digital downloads
Digital products (wallpaper packs and any other downloadable files) are delivered via a secure download link sent to your email after payment. By completing a digital purchase you acknowledge that no refund is available once the download link has been accessed, in accordance with Reg 36(1) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Download links expire after 7 days. If your link has expired before you could access your files, contact us and we will reissue it.
Pricing & currency
All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Studio Sammii is not currently VAT registered; prices shown are final. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
All designs, lettering, and artwork on this site are original works created by Samantha Hughes and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission. Personal use (e.g. saving a wallpaper for your own device) is fine.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Sammii's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of that purchase. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or consequential damage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
